Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Cancri Jewellers piece. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK and EU consumer regulations.

Eligibility for returns:
• Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• All original packaging must be included (jewellery box, pouch, polishing cloth).
• Earrings and personalised items are non-returnable for hygiene and customisation reasons.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

To request a return:
Please contact us at contact@cancrijewellers.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
